Proposal: Increasing v1 budget by 2 ETH

Beyond just shipping the product, a handful of people are working on longer-term project infrastructure - like setting up Notion, squads, and developing onboarding and community plans. Much of this will be more fully fleshed out in V2, but we want to make sure people doing the non-product work can also share in the upside from V1.
For that reason, we think it’s worth increasing the V1 budget by 2 ETH (amount agreed on in Discord). We need the community’s sign-off because we originally said we would keep the V1 product budget to < 15 ETH.
