Update F100 Requirement

*In order for CRE8RS to earn the role of F100, they must meet ALL the following criteria:
- 3 months of participation with CRE8R Dao (participation = Discord, weekly meetings, Discourse and Coordinape)
- 3 epochs through Coordinape
- Earned $5000
- There may be other instances where participants don’t create content and/or are in special circumstances. We will need deal with these on a case by case basis.
NOTE F100 membership can be revoked if:
- They do not vote in Snapshot + Coordinape 10 times in total
- Display behaviours that are unlawful and/or inappropriate for the reputation of the DAO
