Rebalance Treasury

In preparation for the project currently known as GOD MODE :) We should be shooting for a treasury that looks something like: 60% Stables 30% Network Tokens 10% Client Gov tokens
Currently we are close to 75% network tokens (64 ETH value is $250k).
If we go ahead and sell 5-10% of CRE8R tokens via a copper LBP we should be able to raise 1-2m which would put things back roughly in balance but currently we are waaaay overweight in ETH.
Ethereum foundation recently sold some ETH which has traditionally stood them in good stead to carry on their work. We should take a leaf out of their book and do the same.
