GGP-0028 Update Feature Support Matrix for Graph Node v0.32.0
Description This is an update to the previously ratified Feature Support Matrix included in GGP-0026, GGP-0025, GGP-0023, GGP-0022, GGP-0018 and GGP-0015.

As always, in the process of preparing a release, we run the current and previous versions of Graph Node against a wide set of test subgraphs, checking each for POI consistency across versions. In this case, we found some inconsistencies in the initial test run, but on further investigation that was due to issues with the upstream provider, rather than bugs with Graph Node.

Next Steps Once ratified, Graph Node v0.32.0 will be released for mainnet adoption and this PR will be merged.
