GIP: 0062 Title: Remove delegation parameters cooldown Authors: Pablo Carranza Velez
This GGP and the referenced GIP propose removing the “delegation parameters cooldown” feature. This cooldown defines how long an Indexer must wait before setting the delegation query fee and rewards cut.
Upon a successful vote of this proposal, the audited implementation for this GIP (https://github.com/graphprotocol/contracts/pull/866) will be deployed by the Edge & Node Smart Contracts team following a test and deployment plan.
