Simple Summary

This proposal is Part 2 of 2 for Aera <> Compound Extension and follows Part 1. This proposal implements the operational steps required to start yield generation.

Specification

1. Add cUSDCv3 C3PO
2. Add cWETHv3 C3PO
3. Change the guardian on the Compound Vendor Payments Vault to use Gauntlet’s proxy contract. This is the same guardian that is used for the Reserves vault.
4. Change the hooks contract on Compound Vendor Payments Vault. This will swap out the existing Hooks module on the Compound Vendor Payments Vault to add more functionality. Specifically we are updating the MilkmanRouter to our latest version, adding Odos (a DEX aggregator) for better execution, and clearing out hooks that are no longer needed (the current MilkmanRouter, Bebop hooks, as well as any transfer hooks).
