SP-0037 Grant B.A.P. the ability to execute Community Wallet transactions
— Purpose — This Snapshot proposal is for Bulls on the Block Community approval to implement a process change that would grant the Bulls & Apes Project (B.A.P.) team the sole ability to execute Community Wallet transactions.
Note - For those unaware, B.A.P. officially acquired the BOTB project in November of 2022.
— Details — This process change has been proposed to help with efficiency and speed in executing multi-sig transactions with the BOTB Community Wallet (CW) assets for the benefit of growing the BOTB Community. The B.A.P. team would be given control of the CW and would agree to only execute transactions voted on and approved by the BOTB Community through the snapshot voting process. This change would allow for doxed and anonymous BOTB Community members to participate in the BOTB Community Growth Council (CGC).
The Community Growth Council would stay intact but the current CGC members would be removed from the existing gnosis multi-sig Community Wallet. Five internally doxed B.A.P. team members would be added to the existing multi-sig wallet. The number of required signers needed to execute a transaction would be changed to 3 of 5.
— Voting Rules — All BOTB assets (OG Bull, Evo Bull, Bear) count as 1 vote.
The quorum will be set to 1,000 votes and a passing vote will be over 50% in favor.
The voting strategy will be Single Choice with the options of YES, NO, or ABSTAIN.
