SP-0020 - Add Delegate function in snapshot

This function is used by major projects using snapshot such as ens.eth. It enables one to delegate your voting to another account.

Use cases

1. Users who have multiple accounts can delegate to one account and hence only need to vote one time
2. Users who don’t have the time or inclination to check all proposals can delegate to another person or entity.

Objective

1. To increase the total number of votes on each proposal
2. Simplify management for people with multiple accounts
3. Help smaller holders come together and select who they like to represent them

FYI. You can take back or change who you delegate to when you like.

From Snapshot interface Go to https://snapshot.page/#/delegate. Type in which address you want to delegate to. Type in the space key you want your delegation to take effect on. (If no space is selected, the effect will take place for all spaces) Click confirm to save your delegation.
