Bulls on the Block

— Purpose — This Snapshot Proposal is to facilitate the appointment of the NINE Inaugural members of the Bulls of the Block Community Growth Council (BOTB CGC).

— Voting Format — Your votes are determined by how many Bulls on the Block NFTs your connected wallet holds. Voting weight is the same for each OG Bull, Evo Bull, and Bear. Each BOTB NFT equals 1 vote. This proposal will use the “Approval Voting” format. You can make a simple yes or no choice by clicking on or not clicking on each of the candidate’s name. The candidates with Community approval of 50% or more will be appointed to the new BOTB CGC.

— Timeframe — This Snapshot Proposal will be open for 48-hours to allow for maximum BOTB Community discussion and participation.

— Community Growth Council Format —

• 10 BOTB CGC members
• 1 BOTB CGC member will be appointed by the Bulls & Apes Project LLC
• 9 BOTB CGC members will be appointed by BOTB Community via THIS Snapshot vote
• 6 of 10 majority to execute gnosis multi-sig wallet transactions
• 6-month term (exceptions due to extenuating circumstances or if it becomes necessary to terminate and replace a member)

— Community Growth Council Basic Requirements —

• Must own at least 1 BOTB NFT from the 3 main collections (OG Bull, Evo Bull, Bear)

– Atmosphere 721#1372 – Hi fellow Bulls, hope you’re all doing well! I have been active in this space since the OG bulls launched. Currently full time into web3 and here to stay, despite current macro market conditions. Have minted, bought, sold, and held hundreds of NFTs. Have been seeing many fail and some win. I don’t hold many BOTB, which makes me less biased imo, Like many of you, I’m just super emotionally attached to this project. This is the first NFT I bought and I’m never selling it. I know there are more of you who are on the same page and we’re here stay & build together. The future of BOTB First of all, I want to thank @ioannisgr for informing me about the important changes. I was not too active in here, since I had seen the BC working together like a dreamteam for a long time. Coming back to the drama, I was shook. Besides that, I love to see how things took such a positive turn after everything that happened. I feel that Ioannis really deserves a spot in the Community Growth Council. Furthermore, I want to help you out, since I’m here for the long term anyway. I feel transparent communication was handled terribly before the proposal and we could do way better. I’m not promising stuff, I feel like that’s happening too much in this space already. We should deliver first, then surprise people with our accomplishments if we want to stay relevant. Not promising some shiny roadmap. I’m also definitely not going to brag with my holdings or with how much of an OG I am. The meta changes and so should we. Honestly, I wish to be able to contribute to the future of BOTB and to become a breath of fresh air with some new ideas. I would like an opportunity to be on the cgc. I am rather new to discord but an old timer with botb. A bears on the block was my very first nft. I currently have 42 bears and 18 bulls. I am in it for the long run. I am a 53 years young. I am also an artist. I create sculptures out of wood using a chainsaw (lots of bears) and also enjoy abstract painting and other art as well.

I am a full-time senior digital marketer, I am not a very big holder, but BOTB represents around 20% of all my investments in crypto. I don’t necessarily need to have an official role inside the community, but I just want to let you guys know that if you need help with anything that is marketing-related I can help you out.

By marketing, I mean all types of advertising (Twitter, Facebook, IG, Tik Tok, etc), and Search Engine Advertising (Google PPC ads or anything). Currently, I am learning Solidity and I started this journey a few months back so I have some experience with smart contracts already. I managed to deploy some smart contracts, and create a few tokens and NFTs on different testnets. If you feel like I can help you on the development side, I am here to try.

I am TheCherp and I’m 39 and live in New Jersey here in the US. For the collection, I currently hold 47 BOTB’s and once Evo’s open back up, i’ll be close to 60 total BOTB assets for the collection (and plan on continuing to grow that number).

I entered Web3 late in 2021. Throughout 2022, I experienced the rollercoaster that rocked the Crypto/NFT market with some really great projects/communities and a healthy dose of toxic leadership projects and of course a fair share of rugpulls. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found this project and BAP. My 1st alpha group is Lobster Beach Club and have a lot of good friends in there where we always watch/support each others back. That is what I plan to do here, trying to help everyone as much as possible.

IRL, I have built, ran and sold a web design agency (WordPress, Magento, etc) and helped another grow from 4 people to almost 60 people before exiting right as Covid began and turning my attention to my current world which is technology consulting/staffing. Today, I help to manage/run a team of 26 people and love what I do everyday. Outside of work, I also have 3 kids, coach all of their sports, play in 1-2 ice hockey leagues at any given moment and I’m excited to build for my families future.
