Proposal Modification to Team wallet multi-sig signers

History A snapshot vote was passed on November 10, 2021 to assign signature capabilities to the following parties for the multi-sig Team wallet:

1. antmonge - Non anon - Operations background
2. hypnogami - Non Anon - Team
3. bigbull - Anon - Investor
4. PocoBear- Bullz Lightyear - Semi Anon - Team - Future Community

(Backup signer - FYI. He will remain in signer list until transition of bulls complete.) 5. Damp- co-founder

Purpose This proposal is to approve replacing hypnogami as a signer on the Team wallet with ChefCurryMan1134- Semi anon/ Lawyer.

Background The proposed quorum for signing will be 3 of 5 for the multi-sig Team Wallet. After transition it will become 3 of 4.

Relationship between Parties Party A - BOTB LLC Party B - Team Wallet Signers (TWS)

Hereby, the Parties agree that under no circumstances shall the TWS be considered an employee. Whereas, this Agreement does not create any other partnership between the Parties.

Exclusivity The Parties agree and understand that this Agreement is not exclusive and that the Parties are entitled to enter into other similar agreements with other parties.

Term 12 months

Structure Current proposed members 1 out of 4 are fully doxxed. (2 doxxed to a lawyer - semi anon). So 3 of 4 real identity known to a lawyer in the Bull Council.
