For transparency, we want to announce a proposed change to the Bull Council. Neo has decided to step down a few weeks ago. The Bull Council has nominated Brionic to replace him created it a 6 of 10 signing quorum.
This snapshot vote will be live for 48 hours for the community to approve Brionic’s appointment to the council.
