BOTB-EVO only can vote on proposals, once 3500 BOTB-OG are claimed back the voting will be changed to include BOTB-OGs to vote. Quorum 1000 votes.

Background: BOTB has been presented an acquisition proposal from the Bulls & Apes Project (BAP)

The details of the acquisition are outlined below, as well as links provided to the official presentation (recording and slide deck) to the BOTB community., as well as other relevant links.

The BAP founders have close ties to the BOTB community hence bringing forth this proposal with the aim to lift BOTB to its rightful place as a premier NFT collectable.

There will be three options for voting on this snapshot: Yes - Approve Proposal No - Do nothing Abstain

The voting period will be for 5 full days from the time of posting this snapshot.

The agreed upon quorum is 1000 votes. Once this quorum is reached, the majority vote for any one of the three options will be the winning vote.

This proposal is submitted by Cifer as the BOTB LLC owner, on behalf of the BAP team, for the benefit of the community.

Proposal Outline

Short Term Plan for BOTB - within 120 days

a. Tokenize BOTB Community to allow access to METH token and B.A.P. economy b. Gamify the existing BOTB collections to incentivize holding sets (OG, EVO, Bears) c. Open an online merchandise marketplace d. TraitRanks tools to correctly identify rarity within the collections e. Story - Create a storyboard animation for BOTB f. Acquire BOTB NFTs for marketing g. Develop marketing for BOTB brand h. Celebrate the unvaulting anniversary i. Leverage existing NFT relationships to develop collaborations j. Leverage existing Podcast relationships to begin media sweep for the BOTB brand k. Reopen EVO contract to complete minting l. Mint out balance of Bears (if contract permits)

All assets are to be moved within 72 hours of acquisition and include the following: Existing 20.98 Ethereum Sandbox Property (36 joined lots) estimated value 75-100 ETH Phoenix Evo Bull NFT Bullsontheblock.eth ENS BOTB NFTs - 38 Total Misc NFT’s Vee Friends estimated value 7.7 ETH Punks Comic estimated value 2.3 ETH 19 Misc NFT’s estimated value 3.5 ETH Total estimated value of the wallet is 109.48 - 134.48 ETH

c. The following items are to be moved to the new BOTB Holding LLC treasury wallet within 24 hours of acquisition: Phoenix Evo Bull Bullsontheblock.eth ENS

d. BOTB Community Growth Council receives 10% of all OpenSea royalties from the existing three collections i. Condition #1 the current BOTB Bull Council is rebranded to the “BOTB Community Growth Council” ii. Condition #2 The Snapshot process is administered by BOTB LLC iii. Condition #3 of the 10 member council one member must be a BOTB LLC representative 1. Representative / Liaison to B.A.P. Executive Team
