Builder DAO

Residency for Neokry.eth&&BuilderDAO has the opportunity to fund Neokry.eth as a resident engineer to help develop nouns.build, assist external contributors for its upcoming open-source repository and incubate community projects.

• Allows builders to customize and deploy a nouns.wtf style website in minutes
• Used as a starting point / reference for community tools like:

Residency scope

Nouns Builder tool Assist with the transition to open source

• Maintain the repository and contribute to bug fixes and general developments.
• Be the point of contact between ZORA team and external contributors
• Onboard and setup workflows for external contributors

Assist with feature development

• Help evaluate and scope new feature requests
• Identify and implement improvements across the tool such as onboarding, proposal templates

Builder office hours

• Host office hours via discord to help new builders
• Answer questions related to: developer tooling, contributing to nouns.build repo, new project ideas and technical proposals
• Take in new ideas for nouns.build features

Contributor onboarding experiments

• Test out funding mandates for smaller issues similar to Purple DAO Prop #7
• Explore mini hackathons via prop house such as:
• build new projects with nouns-sdk
• create a more customized versions of noun-site

Funding request

• $16,000 USD / Month for 3 Months
• Total of $48,000 USD streamed via Sablier
• Total ~30 ETH @ 1600 ETH / USD

*The equivalent of ~$53k (to absorb potential volatility in ETH from time period between submission and execution) would be sent to a multisig managed by trusted members of the community (zaak, ccarella and mrtn). They would then convert $48k worth of ETH to USDC, set up the Sablier stream and then send back the remaining ETH to the DAO.
