This is not a DAO. but it might be a Zora vehicle.
I am requesting we send the remaining funds back to Nouns immediately, before another $1.000.000 is grifted away.
The issue at hand is the lack of transparency and potential conflicts of interest regarding Jacob and Zora’s involvement with BuilderDAO and NounsDAO.
At this moment in time, Builder DAO is being used for the proliferation of Zora and for paying it’s own employees/“friends”/product development.
The following facts are clear and not in dispute.
Jacob, the founder of Zora INC, a member of the Spores DAO, Lil Nouns DAO and BLVKHVND Esports DAO among many others, requested 1000E in funding from NounsDAO, and the proposal passed with the help of a few select individuals with a large voting power, including Jacob’s wallet, zora.eth.
However, Jacob and Zora INC failed to disclose that the 1000E funding would be used to create an UNA controlled by Zora INC. This UNA was only revealed later in a Discord conversation, and it was not mentioned in the proposal itself. Furthermore, Jacob and Zora INC were able to exert significant influence over the proposal for the UNA, as evidenced by the fact that zora.eth had a large voting power and was also one of the deciding votes on the proposal.
In light of these facts, it’s reasonable to question the legitimacy of Jacob and Zora Inc.
Due to lack a professionalism, it is currently impossible to have a discusion and address these issues, as seen with the discussion for prop 45 that never took place. Zora has also refused to address rather significant concerns of BuilderDAO members.
More details on this proposal will be airdropped to all Builder and Noun holders and an OE will also be freely available to anyone interested during the voting period.
