Proposal
The purpose of this proposal is to decide if GTBR holders should be allowed to remotely mint their CryptoBerliner through a Delegated Minting process. Voting will begin at 9a PT on Monday, March 28th, and close at 11:59a PT on Thursday, March 31st.

About Delegated Minting
If approved, the Bright Moments core team will support non-IRL minters through a “Delegated Minting” process.
Golden Token holders who wish to use the Delegated Minting system will be able to access a secure registration portal. This registration portal will integrate with a smart contract that holds GTBR tokens in escrow and securely delivers the minted CryptoBerliner into the wallet of the GTBR holder upon mint.
Information about Delegated Minting will be delivered to all registered Golden Token holders prior to the first minting night (April 6th). To be eligible for Delegated Minting, Golden Token holders must first register their Golden Token at https://register.brightmoments.io and select a minting night.
