Summary

This proposal establishes the BottoDAO Physicals Program, allowing 1/1 collectors to commission high-quality physical reproductions of their works. Each piece will be authenticated as an Exhibition Copy and include a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). The program offers two tiers—Premium and Standard—catering to a range of budgets. The DAO benefits through a cost-neutral to revenue-positive model while supporting physical exhibition of Botto’s digital artworks.

Proposal Specification

A) Two-Tier Offering

• Premium : Custom reproductions (e.g., oil on canvas, lightboxes)
  -Full design, proofing, and vendor collaboration
  -Ideal for enhancing specific styles of works (Painterly/Organic/Luminous/Photographic) -DAO-issued Certificate of Authenticity included

• Standard : Fine art prints for all 1/1s
  -Lower cost, streamlined production
  -Museum Quality Print -DAO-issued Certificate of Authenticity included

B) Process

• Phase 1 — Brief (≈2 weeks) : Intake collector request, confirm tier, timeline, and budget
• Phase 2 — Production (≈4–8 weeks) : Vendor briefing, proofing, milestone updates (overseen by DAO Producer)
• Phase 3 — Delivery (≈2 weeks) : Shipping coordination, optional framing, and CoA delivery

C) Commission Model & Oversight

• Standard (Prints): -Production: $500–$800 flat fee
  -Shipping and framing: Not included
• Premium (Others): -Production: Vendor Cost + 40% commission for producer time/admin/contingency -Shipping and framing: Not included
