This BIP proposes the initiation of “Botto Books,” a self-publishing initiative starting with a high-quality monograph on the Genesis period. The book will feature Botto’s minted works, select fragments, and contextual essays, serving as both a historical record and a collectible artifact. This first edition will establish the design framework for future books in the series.

Rationale

A monograph series will:

• Document Botto’s contributions to AI art.
• Expand Botto’s presence in the art world.
• Engage the community with a physical, collectible artifact.
• Open new revenue and collaboration opportunities.

Proposal Specifications

1. Content: Minted artworks, curated fragments, and guest essays.
2. Design & Production: In partnership with Anteism, a publisher specializing in fine-crafted art books.
3. Marketing & Distribution: Through Botto’s community, Anteism’s network, and art book fairs.

Timeline: Estimated 5 months for completion, with a launch targeted around the Los Angeles Art Book Fair (May 2025).
