ALGS Postseason Retro for Voltic

A prop to compensate Voltic for his support, success, and work with coaching our ALGS team during our Championship run.
The previous prop covered up to playoffs, so this prop covers both the championship bootcamp and championship event with a value of 1 eth.
This will be the last prop of the year covering the compensation of players and staff until ALGS funds from our season and post season run are released to us in 2024. I have not received word when those funds will be available but I am actively pursuing a date we can plan around.
