Summary:

The BLVKHVND team is requesting 2.5 ETH in retroactive funding for creating the DAO Art used for Nouns Builder and introducing a new way for folks to support and join the DAO. 

Art process + current impact:

BLVKHVND members are Acolytes who take a pledge to join the HVND community. Each Acolyte is imbued with special capabilities that enable each owner the capacity to influence how the HVND is spread. In creating the acolytes we wanted to build upon three core tenets: pseudo-anonymity, mysticism, and memorability.

One of the most important factors is our skull motif → part BLVKHVND brand, and the extension that represents all of our members. With the power of web3 and crypto, fans from all over the world can pledge time and financial value without the need of sharing their details. This level of reach is unprecedented in any industry, especially esports.

So far, the work has been well received by community members and other fans of BLVKHVND, and our auction momentum is building up! We continue to up the quality of what constitutes "great esports branding" and BLVKHVND is building its name among the top esports organizations.

Ask:

The core team will continue to develop extensions to the Acolyte project with more traits for the DAO Art, special features for STADIUM Player Cards, among other creative means to build and expand upon the lore of BLVKHVND. As we get closer to those objectives, the core team will develop follow up proposals related to those projects. 

We are requesting:

• 2.5 ETH for the month of developing the framework for the DAO art

• 1.25 eth to dillonatm.eth (primary artist)
• 1 eth to sirsu.eth (secondary artist & DAO deployer)
• 0.25 eth to area.eth (Shields Project)
