The mission we united, we fought as a community against the whales to reject the Winding Down proposal was for the best interest of all of Wonderland frogs. Please ask yourself the following questions, 2 days ago, before your voted “No” on winding down:
- Did you know Dani and Wonderland team wanted to Quit? And why did they decide to quit?
- Did you do an analysis or research about the consequences regarding the result of Yes vs No?
- Was your action based on patronage emotion on Wonderland or influenced or mislead by others?
- Were you provided with enough information about the pro / con on the proposal?

Q: What does it mean Winding down?
A: When a project is considered fail, the project would be winding down. The stake holders will then be allocated with the funds from the treasury that they are entitled to. In this case, Dani and Wonderland team declared the OHM Fork Wonderland is a failure experiment which should be closed and will give every wMEMO holder back the funds from the treasury.
Q: How does Wonderland continue to operate without a development team?
A: Wonderland DAO Community need to look for proposals after proposals for the replacement of operation, management teams to take over.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Normally, it will take about 6 months to implement a new functional team from planning, setting goals for actions, implementing, executing, controlling, monitoring and final post evaluation.
Q: Can you guarantee the experiment to be feasible?
A: If you interview any submitted proposal drafter, I’m sure they can’t guarantee either. They will add a contract clause – if the project experiment fail, the project will be closed; the treasury will be given back to the holders. Then why you want to waste 6 months to receive a “possibility of maybe”. Those team are not charity organizations, they charged about 5% of your revenue.
