Give each holder the choice to leave/stay with WonderLand

The last proposal to unwind the treasury comes close to 50/50. Given this, we should give holders the choice to leave or stay. This might be controversial, but the community is obviously split into two, and the show cannot go on with such toxicity. Let the ones that wish to leave, leave now at fair value. Let the ones that want to stay, stay without the toxicity from others. Buyback will go on anyways (as it was promised), so not doing this will just delay the recovery of WonderLand.
My proposal is :
- Stop wMEMO trading if this proposal passes, by removing LP
- Calculate the wMEMO backing and give everyone the choice to leave or stay with WonderLand.
- Resume WonderLand with the remaining people.
