Wales should not take profits or losses when leaving Wonderland If holders are allowed to exit Wonderland, those holders who paid a price 5% or more below the Backing Price in effect at the time of purchase shall receive only that effectively paid price and at most the current backing price. This protects the community and the treasury against whale attacks. This only applies to the time periods in which Times/Wmemo could be bought below the backing price. The team must compile a reference table for the backing price and have it voted on by the community.
