BIP-86: Reverse Treasury Swap with Spookyswap
Proposal
Reverse the BEETS<>BOO treasury swap with Spookyswap.
Motivation
With the passing of BIP-14 in March 2022, a treasury swap was conducted with Spookyswap, by which Beets sent Spookyswap 500,000 BEETS tokens and got 24,781.58 BOO tokens in return. Corresponding transactions can be seen here:

The initial discussion and reasoning for the swap can be read in the original BIP-14 channel. The agreed conditions set strict use for the swapped tokens and both protocols believe the most straightforward route would be to reverse the initial treasury swap and return the corresponding tokens.
Impacts / Risk Assessment
The Beets DAO would send a total of 24,781.58 BOO tokens to an address specified by Spookyswap. In return Beets DAO would be sent a total of 500,000 BEETS tokens. This would reverse and also conclude the original treasury swap.
Specification / Execution Plan
With the passing of this BIP, addresses would be confirmed with Spookyswap to return the swapped assets.
