We propose to conduct a token exchange (BEETS <> BOO) with Spookyswap treasury, to enhance the collaboration and synergy of leading fantom protocols.

Per agreement of the two protocols, the exchanged tokens will not be used for farming or governance vote, until possibly revised by future governance votes.

The swap rate will be based on weekly TWAP (time weighted average price) and will be conducted in two batches.

Pro:

1. This would help diversify the treasury holdings;
2. The token swap would align the interest of the two protocols, which helps long term collaborations of the two protocols. One such collaboration in near term is the boosted BOO-FTM 80/20 pool, for which Spookyswap has shown great interest; we envision further collaborations between the two leading dexes in the future;
3. This would set an impactful example for other leading protocols in the fantom ecosystem to partner, which would be beneficial to the entire fantom defi ecosystem.

Con:

1. This increases the treasury exposure to a potentially volatile asset;
2. It is hard to predict the price action of the tokens in the long run to judge the timing of the swap.

Options:

1. Yes, treasury swap for 500k BEETS in total;
2. Yes, treasury swap for 250k BEETS in total;
3. No, we don’t want treasury swap.

Please note that the Yes votes are counted in aggregate when determining to proceed, in other words No needs to obtain more than 50% of the votes for the proposal not to pass.
