Recall that according to BIP-7, treasury has seeded 50,000 BEETS to the Tarot vault for FTM-BEETS spooky LP.

As BIP-11 passed, we will provide voting incentives for xTarot holders for Tarot farming incentive for the said vault, it is also time to discuss whether we shall increase the BEETS investment. In particular, if tarot farming incentive starts for the vault, it is expected that single side lending APR would increase, so that treasury assets can generate more return by single staking BEETS. Thus, we propose to increase the cap of treasury investment in Tarot protocol.

Pros. 1 - Put BEETS in the treasury to use; 2 - By accumulating BEETS from the lending APR, it is effectively taking BEETS out of circulation (and into treasury holdings) 3 - May strengthen our relationship with both Tarot and Spooky by directing more TVL to the two protocols.

Cons. 1 - Additional smart contract risk 2 - If leveraged borrowing maxes out, the Treasury may not be able to immediately withdraw its Beets from the Tarot supply vault. 3 - Will eventually reduce the yield available to other Beets owners (for supplying Beets as collateral).

Options. 1 - Increase the investment cap to 500k BEETS 2 - Increase the investment cap to 250k BEETS 3 - Do not increase BEETS investment
