Proposal: Hire Beanthoven as part-time Audio lead within the Design department. Full-time possibility, see note below.

Resume: Beanthoven is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer. They have experience in all things audio, from songwriting, to sound design, to scoring highly-branded immersive experiences. They hold a Master’s degree in Music Composition from NYU and have a wide network of fellow audio artists to draw from if necessary. They also have experience as a voiceover artist for several mid-size brands, as well as several audio books. They an early investor in Beanstalk, and increasingly involved in the community writing Bean songs, making guest appearances, and assisting in video projects.

Role Definition: This part-time/full-time Audio lead position includes:

• Work with the Design manager to establish Beanstalk’s audio brand, including best practices/themes, audio logos, metaverse music, and anything else needed.
• Be the co-director with the Design lead for all audio content creation at Beanstalk Farms.
• Be the main producer and composer for all sound projects and initiatives .
• Create voiceover, underscore, and any other audio required for Bean videos.
• Able to find external vendors and contractors if needed for certain projects.
• Perform “Bean Bard” duties as needed, playing live over livestreams, AMAs, etc.

Payment: 5000 Beans per month, paid twice a month, starting on February 14th, 2022.

Commitment: A minimum of 20 hours per week, through the end of Q1, 2022. At-will.

Note* Due to external obligations, Beanthoven will take 2 weeks to determine if full time work is a possibility. If Beanthoven obtains availability and feels like the position is a good fit, the role will change to a full time position. Payment and commitment are as follows Payment: 10,000 Beans per month, paid twice a month, starting at the end of the two weeks. Commitment: A minimum of 40 hours per week, through the end of Q1, 2022. At-will.
