BFP-16: Hire Ethwallet

Proposal: Hire Ethwallet to work full-time to take charge on subgraph development and help with the Beanstalk SDK.
Resume: Ethwallet has a master’s degree and 20 years of professional experience as an IT engineer as subcontractor for IBM & Atos. He was in charge of developing, integrating and managing middleware software and tools. He has been interested in crypto/blockchain since 2013, has knowledge in web3 and solidity. He was an early sower during the first debt cycle and a big fan of Beanstalk community spirit and protocol concept. Ethwallet is very excited to be part of this emerging and promising decentralized stablecoin project.
Role Definition:
- Manage Beanstalk subgraph by making upgrades and improvements, and adding more functionality.
- Help develop the Beanstalk SDK.
Payment: 10,000 Beans per month, starting on January 7th, 2022.
Commitment: Full time sprint starting on January 7th, 2022. At-will employment. To be revisited in Q2 2022 if there is mutual interest
