Proposal: Hire BlackMamba as a part-time Lead Project Manager in the Operations Department.

Resume: BlackMamba (aka Garrett) has significant experience in product management experience in tech, finance, gaming, and crypto. He holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from UPenn and has deferred the remainder of his masters in Robotics until Fall 2023.

Currently, BlackMamba works as an Associate Product Manager at Salesforce and has product management, data analytics, and private equity experience at Big Tech and Wall Street. He is also involved as a leader with several nonprofits that are helping to evacuate individuals and families from Afghanistan; he is currently leading the initiative to raise several million dollars through traditional and NFT fundraisers. Previously, he founded and ran an indie video game studio and led a team of ~10 developers, animators, artists, and designers.

BlackMamba became involved with Beanstalk in October of 2021 and is excited to contribute in more formal capacity through Beanstalk Farms.

Role Definition: This Lead Project Manager role reports to the head of the Operations department. Responsibilities include:

• Working directly with the individual departments at Beanstalk Farms to develop product strategy and vision, write project requirement documents (PRDs), break down large projects into small tasks, and execute. Hold weekly meetings with these department heads to assess progress.
• Train and provide ongoing guidance to two other part-time associate PMs who will work with support the Lead Project Manager.
• Execute projects by prioritizing and reprioritizing features, providing a clear product road map, and lobbying for resources or attention from engineering, design, etc.
• Organize Notion and thoughtfully develop effective processes/pipelines for the team.
• Assist the head of Operations in any projects or tasks that are critical to the success of the team.

Payment: 5,000 Beans per month, paid twice per month.

Commitment: 15+ hours per week, starting on March 25th, 2022, through the end of Q2 2022. At-will.
