Proposal: Hire GuavAnom as part-time Graphic Design Lead within the Design department at Beanstalk Farms.

Resume: GuavAnom was an integral part in creating the new brand vision for Beanstalk. GuavAnom partnered with the Design department on the creation and completion of the new brand visual identity for Beanstalk as well as the main visual style guide. In addition to previous design work for Beanstalk Farms, GuavAnom is a senior graphic designer. GuavAnom focuses primarily on visual identity to build stronger identifiable brands.

Role Definition: The Graphic Design Lead reports to the Head of the Design Department and will:

• Work closely with the Design manager to ensure all material is aligned to the new brand;
• Be the main producer for all graphic assets/brand collateral for Beanstalk Farms which includes but is not limited to:
  • Website graphics (UI support, charts, etc.);
  • Marketing graphics (social media posts, newsletters, announcements, etc.);
  • Documentation (document formatting, proposals, etc.);
  • Template Designs and Mock-up Drafts; and
  • Any other graphic elements surrounding Beanstalk Farms content; and
• Be open to feedback & the iterative process.

Payment: 6k Beans per month, paid bi-monthly, starting on March 8th, 2022, through Q2, 2022.

Commitment: Part Time, Minimum 20+ hours per week, starting on March 08, 2022, through Q2. At will.
