Proposal: Hire beanbunny as part-time content creator / video editor within the Design department

Resume: Beanbunny is a multi-talented member of the community looking to help bolster the creative content at Beanstalk Farms. They have experience filming and editing educational videos and docuseries which aligns well with their goal of replacing some of the outdated videos with fresher, more digestible content. They also have lots of experience working in teams to create quarterly long marketing campaigns as they did for a business newsletter. That work includes but was not limited to frequent team meetings, designing and publishing flyers, outreach efforts via social media, and using creative video techniques to amass a larger audience.

Role Definition: This part-time media production / video editor / content creator role will include:

• Creating educational videos showcasing the Beanstalk website and investing 101.
• Assisting the design manager in producing marketable content including but not limited to designing Beanstalk merch, NFT releases, and market research.
• Assisting the design department with administrative work.
• Creating slide decks and proposals for prospective partners.

Payment: 50 Beans per hour, paid twice a month, starting on January 19th, 2022.

Commitment: A minimum of 10-15 hours per week, through the end of Q1, 2022. At-will.
