Proposal: Hire aloceros as a part-time Project Manager for the Operations Department.

Resume: aloceros has more than a decade of experience as a project manager in finance and consulting. He is a CPA and has an MBA and MS in finance. His experience managing projects and teams includes co-founding a transaction advisory practice.

They recently got involved in the beanstalk community after reading the white paper and going through it several times. They have been actively attending DAO meetings, A&T university classes, and contributing in the Discord.

Role Definition: The part-time Project Manager role will report to the Lead Project Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Work alongside the Lead Project Manager to develop product strategy and vision, write project requirement documents (PRDs), break down large projects into small tasks, and execute. Hold weekly meetings with relevant department heads to assess progress.
• Support the Lead Project Manager in tasks critical to the success of the team.
• Organize Notion and thoughtfully develop effective processes/pipelines for the team.
• Optimize processes across departments for the continued scaling of Beanstalk as an organization.

Payment: 2,600 Beans per month, paid twice per month effective March 25th, 2022.

Commitment: 10+ hours per week starting on March 25th, 2022, through the end of Q2 2022. At-will.
