Summary

Hire aloceros full-time as an Operations Manager.

Role

As a part-time Operations Manager for Beanstalk Farms, aloceros has:

• Redesigned all finance workflows at Beanstalk Farms and Bean Sprout covering payroll, expense management and reporting;
• Administered these ongoing financial processes, including payroll, payments to vendors, reimbursements, any other BFM and BSM transactions, recordkeeping, and publishing public Operations Reports;
• Contributed to process documentation, account and personnel administration; and
• Contributed to development and maintenance of documentation, governance proposals, and other publications in the Farmers’ Almanac, Agronomics Handbook, GitHub, Discord, Notion and Bi-Weekly Bean.

Near-term goals include:

• Continuing to increase the clarity and usefulness of financial reporting;
• Improving technical documentation and public availability of information; and
• General responsibility for ongoing processes, with the Governance Operations Lead spending more time on research and other greenfield projects.

This is high leverage work for the operational efficiency of Beanstalk Farms.

Payment

13,000 Beans/month, paid twice per month, starting from December 1st, 2022 (conditional on Beanstalk Farms being funded by the DAO via future BIPs). This agreement is in place of the payment terms outlined in BFBP-A-4.

Commitment

Full-time (40+ hr/wk).
