Background

ereal works in finance full-time. They have contributed to Beanstalk since November 2021 across several copy-related projects. Between January 2022 and the governance exploit, ereal acted as Head of Copy, and subsequently contributed to various content production and proposal writing projects between the exploit and Replant.

• Authored or co-authored Beanstalk Farms Twitter threads between January 2022 and the exploit;
• Authored The Path Forward;
• Authored BFP-66: Hire Halborn to Perform Audit;
• Authored Bank Runs, Airplanes, and Beanstalk;
• Authored Beanstalk’s One-Year Anniversary;
• Authored proposal for Redacted Cartel to participate in the Barn Raise;
• Authored proposal for FRAX Finance to participate in the Barn Raise;
• Co-authored BFP-67: Barn Raise Proposal;
• Co-authored Anticipated Replant Timeline;
• Co-authored BFPs-68, 69, 70, and 71;
• Authored sections of the Farmers’ Almanac;
• Assisted with Beanstalk institutional investor deck; and
• Assisted with website UI copy.

Role

ereal’s role will be to continue authoring / co-authoring various governance proposals, marketing blog posts, etc. Examples include:

• Drafting BIPs and BIP blog post announcements;
• Writing analytical and editorial blog posts;
• Writing Beanstalk Farms Twitter threads; and
• Maintaining the Farmers’ Almanac.

Payment

3,000 Beans/month, paid twice per month, starting from the Unpause (conditional on Beanstalk Farms being funded by the DAO via future BIPs).

Commitment

Part-time (average of 10 hr/wk).
