• Reduce the standard withdrawal fee from 0.5% to 0.1% • Change ibBTC fees from Mint 0.2% + Redeem 0.1% to Mint 0% + Redeem 0.2% • Use up to 100% of “excess ibBTC yield” from BIP 68 to support driving DAO revenue
