Autonolas

Simple Summary:

This proposal presents the DAO with a vote to transfer ownership of the Contribute Service deployed into the Autonolas Protocol mapService(6) and of the DynamicContribution contract to Autonolas Timelock.

Acceptance of this proposal would allow the Autonolas DAO to own the dynamic contribution service implemented as an autonomous service (cf. the repository) and the related DynamicContribution contract which allows the users to mint their NFTs badges. Using these NFTs badges, the dynamic contribution service tracks members’ contributions in a leaderboard and dynamically updates the NFT’s image[^1] of member badges. Specifically, acceptance of this proposal grants Autonolas DAO the ownership of the autonomous service that allows its community to track community members’ contributions to the ecosystem autonomously. Further, by owning the DynamicContribution which complies with the ERC721 token standard with Solmate optimization, the Autonolas DAO would also control the base URI and make further changes to contract ownership.

Specification:

If the proposal passes, the Autonolas protocol will call upon the Valory deployer to transfer ownership rights of the deployed Contribute Service and DynamicContribution contract to the Autonolas Timelock (https://etherscan.io/address/0x3C1fF68f5aa342D296d4DEe4Bb1cACCA912D95fE) as such:

1. transfer ownership rights of DynamicContribution contract to Timelock calling changeOwner(TimelockAddress).
2. transfer ownership rights of the dynamic contribution service (mapService(ContributionServiceID)) to Timelock calling transferFrom(currentServiceOwner,TimelockAddress,contributeServiceID)
