Autonolas

Simple Summary:

This proposal presents the DAO with a vote to

1. deploy on Polygon mainnet a lightweight version of the Autonolas Registry deployed on Ethereum mainnet (Autonolas Registry contracts addresses on Ethereum)
2. integrate the lightweight version of the Autonolas Registry into the Autonolas protocol
3. integrate the FxGovernorTunnel contract deployed on Polygon (0x9338b5153AE39BB89f50468E608eD9d764B755fD) into the Autonolas protocol.

Specifically, the acceptance of the deployment and the integration of the lightweight version of the Autonolas Registry into the Autonolas protocol would increase the functionalities of the protocol, including registering service NFTs on the Polygon mainnet as well as securing and managing services. Further, FxGovernorTunnel contract would allow cross-chain governance from Ethereum to Polygon. Specifically, governance-accepted proposals on Ethereum will be executed to Polygon by means of the FxGovernorTunnel contract.

Specification:

If the proposal passes, the Autonolas protocol will call upon the Valory deployer (or any other deployer taking these actions first)

1. to deploy the following contracts on Polygon
   1. the service registry (ServiceRegistryL2.sol)
   2. the service manager (ServiceManager.sol)
   3. a smart contract for Gnosis Safe multisig implementation of a generic multisig interface (GnosisSafeMultisig.sol)
   4. a smart contract for Gnosis Safe verification of an already existent multisig address (GnosisSafeSameAddressMultisig.sol)
2. to change the manager of the service registry to the service manager contract and to whitelist the multisig implementation (described in c. and d. above) in the service registry, by calling the following:
   1. changeManager(serviceManagaerAddress)
   2. changeMultisigPermission(gnosisSafeMultisigImplementationAddress, true)
   3. changeMultisigPermission(gnosisSafeSameAddressMultisigImplementationAddress, true).
3. to change the ownership of the service registry and the service manager contracts to the governor tunnel contract by calling changeOwner(FxGovernorTunnelAddress).
