Autonolas

Simple Summary:

This proposal seeks to present the DAO with a vote to assess and authorize various apps, including registry app, member app, tokenomics app, contribute app, and the OLAS website representing the DAO itself. While the DAO will retain decision-making authority, the apps and the main website will be hosted by CENTRALITY LABS, and their maintenance tasks will be delegated to users and ecosystem participants.

Proposal details:

Acceptance of this proposal means that:

• The apps and the website registry app, member app, tokenomics app contribute app OLAS website are authorized by DAO and representative of the DAO itself.
• While the DAO will retain decision-making authority, the aforementioned apps and website are hosted by CENTRALITY LABS until further notice.
• Since the DAO recognizes the protocol apps and the website as vital gateways for users to contribute to the Autonolas protocol and its ecosystem, to ensure these components receive consistent attention, the DAO will delegate their maintenance to any user who opens pull requests (PRs) on the respective GitHub repositories and that are accepted by its maintainer CRYPTO IN MOTION LTD: GitHub registry app app GitHub member app GitHub tokenomics app GitHub contribute app GitHub OLAS site
