Autonolas

Simple Summary: This proposal presents the DAO with a vote to integrate to the Autonolas protocol:

• a lightweight version of the Autonolas Registry (including the following contracts

  1. serviceRegistry,
  2. serviceManager,
  3. gnosisSafeMultisigImplementation,
  4. gnosisSafeSameAddressMultisigImplementation)

• the HomeMediator contract deployed on Gnosis Chain.

Specifically, the acceptance of this proposal would increase the functionalities of the protocol, including registering service NFTs as well as securing and managing services on the Gnosis mainnet. Further, HomeMediator contract would allow cross-chain governance from Ethereum to Gnosis. Specifically, governance-accepted proposals on Ethereum will be executed to Gnosis by means of the HomeMediator contract.

Specification: If the proposal passes, the Autonolas protocol will call upon a deployer taking these actions first to change the ownership of the

• serviceRegistry, to the HomeMediator contract by calling changeOwner(HomeMediation);
• serviceManager contracts to the HomeMediator contract by calling changeOwner(HomeMediation).
