Autonolas

Simple Summary: This proposal presents the DAO with a vote to incorporate Autonolas Tokenomics into the Autonolas protocol. In particular, it proposes adding to the Auonolas protocol the functionality contained in autonolas-tokenomics (https://github.com/valory-xyz/autonolas-tokenomics) and outlined in the whitepaper (https://www.autonolas.network/whitepaper). Acceptance of this proposal would increase the functionality of the protocol, including enabling incentives for useful agent and component NFTs registered on the Autonolas registries, allowing the protocol to accrue its own liquidity by means of a bonding mechanism, and enabling the Autonolas DAO to own productive autonomous services and derive donations for the Autonal protocol from them.

Specification: If the proposal passes, the Autonolas protocol will call upon the Valory deployer to transfer management and ownership rights of the deployed contracts to the Autonolas Timelock (https://etherscan.io/address/0x3C1fF68f5aa342D296d4DEe4Bb1cACCA912D95fE) as such:

• Valory deployer to transfer ownership rights of the Tokenomics contract (https://etherscan.io/address/0x87f89f94033305791b6269ae2f9cf4e09983e56e#code) to the Timelock calling changeOwner(Timelock);
• Valory deployer to transfer ownership rights of the Treasury contract (https://etherscan.io/address/0xa0da53447c0f6c4987964d8463da7e6628b30f82#code) to the Timelock calling changeOwner(Timelock);
• Valory deployer to transfer ownership rights of the Depository contract (https://etherscan.io/address/0x52a043bcebdb2f939baef2e8b6f01652290eab3f#code) to the Timelock calling changeOwner(Timelock);
• Valory deployer to transfer ownership rights of the Dispenser contract (https://etherscan.io/address/0xeed0000fe94d7cfef4dc0ca86a223f0f603a61b8#code) to the Timelock calling changeOwner(Timelock);
• Valory deployer to transfer ownership rights of the DonatorBlacklist contract (https://etherscan.io/address/0xe85791b18f5df42163092acc5c9da1c479afea9d#code) to the Timelock calling changeOwner(Timelock).
