Summary

Morpheus has requested to add Olas as a builder to be eligible for MOR token rewards per the Morpheus, “MOR Staking For Builders” (MRC 41). Through this mechanism, MOR can be staked for a duration of time in order to direct MOR token emissions to builders. Although Olas agents are not integrated with or built on Morpheus at this time, there are Morpheus community members who have expressed interest in staking MOR towards Olas.

Proposal

This proposal is to accept the MOR staking rewards (and by extension add Olas to a list of Morpheus builders. This action would make the Olas DAO eligible to receive MOR token emissions per the “MOR Staking For Builders” MRC 41 initiative. These MOR rewards would be directed to the requisite Olas governance address listed here, controlled via Olas governance on Ethereum mainnet: 0xE49CB081e8d96920C38aA7AB90cb0294ab4Bc8EA.

For the avoidance of doubt, per the Olas Brand and Press Kit, all communications about Olas and the Olas DAO must use accurate descriptive language. If accepted, this proposal must be described using the wording above and would not imply that the Olas DAO or any Olas affiliates are ‘partnered with’ Morpheus. The Olas DAO does not partner with nor conduct marketing efforts with any third party without completed agent development and code contributions to the Olas code registry.
