This proposal presents the DAO with a vote to integrate into the Olas protocol the following contracts: ServiceRegistryL2 core smart contract, designed to secure services using native tokens of the chain. The deployment of these contracts is across multiple chains with the following addresses: Address on Optimism Address on Base Address on Celo

ServiceRegistryTokenUtility core smart contract, designed to secure services with any ERC20 tokens. The deployment of these contracts is across multiple chains with the following addresses: Address on Optimism Address on Base Address on Celo Operator whitelist utility smart contract for whitelisting operator addresses. The deployment of these contracts is across multiple chains with the following addresses: Address on Optimism Address on Base Address on Celo ServiceManagerToken periphery smart contract for management of service lifecycle, managing services secured with custom ERC20 tokens or chain-native token,and checking operators against the operator whitelist of a service as specified on the operator whitelist contract. The deployment of these contracts is across multiple chains with the following addresses: Address on Optimism Address on Base Address on Celo GnosisSafeMultisig smart contract for Gnosis Safe multisig implementation of a generic multisig interface. Acceptance of this off-chain proposal would be a key step towards bringing Olas registry functionalities to Optimism, Base, and Celo network. More information on the contracts and the new functionalities are outlined in detail here:

Specification

The Olas protocol will call upon any deployer taking these actions first to grant ownership and management rights to Olas governance cross-chain contracts, once those are deployed.
