A New Proposal

During the voting period for Prop 11: ENERGY x Art Haus Merger, 19 tokens expressed interest in an alternative plan. Rather than pursuing a merger, the proposed approach suggests redirecting the remaining funds from the BuilderDAO grant (20.5 ETH) to ENERGY. This would enable ENERGY to execute the original proposal of 12 curated droposals. A subsequent proposal would be introduced onchain to disburse the remaining Art Haus Treasury to the membership (0.09 ETH per token).

This revised proposition is designed to be mutually beneficial for all stakeholders. Based on current auction prices, Art Haus members interested in joining ENERGY could acquire 2 tokens for each distributed Art Haus token. This approach ensures ENERGY receives the necessary funds to fulfill the initial Builder proposal and actively contribute to onchain arts initiatives.

ccarella.eth, the proposer of the initial Builder proposal, will champion the effort inside ENERGY to ensure the realization of the initial vision.

This is the first of two proposals and it sends the remaining Builder DAO grant to an ENERGY multi-sig. Since the Art Haus Treasury is on Ethereum Mainnet and ENERGY’s is on Zora Network, a multi-sig intermediary is required to bridge the Mainnet ETH to Zora Network and then transfer to the ENERGY Treasury.
