ACryptoS did not receive enough votes in the LTIPP Screening Period to be automatically moved to Snapshot for a DAO vote. After adjusting its proposal with the Council’s feedback, they are applying for the LTIPP.

ACryptoS protocol is a liquidity manager for V3 Concentrated Liquidity DEXs. They believe that some of the Council’s feedback was due to some misunderstood information written in the initial proposal, and that these concerns can be clarified in their updated forum reply.

The Council’s feedback were also generally positive aside from the mentioned concerns. With the grant ask relatively low at 80k ARB, and the product innovative with good performance, they would like the DAO to review their proposal, hoping to qualify for the LTIPP grant and continue contributing to the growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Protocol Type: Automated Conc. Liquidity Manager (ACLM) for V3 DEXs LTIPP Grant Ask: 80,000 ARB

Grant Breakdown: 100% of the grant will be distributed as incentives to ACryptoS ACLM liquidity providers on Arbitrum, across 10-15 under-capitalized vaults over a 12-week period. The ACLM strategies serve to improve overall liquidity efficiency on Arbitrum, and also bring more yields to users.

Notes on Retention of Liquidity: ACryptoS’s ACLM strategy have shown great performance since its launch last year, prioritizing generation of sustainable yields through swap fees. While there has been organic growth in TVL, the grant incentives serve to attract more initial liquidity, while also providing a way for the protocol to gain valuable exposure. This then allows the strategies’ strong APY performance to speak for themselves and attract users organically.
