Bedrock is submitting an amended proposal per the Clarified Process for Non-Council Recommended Applications.

In summary, Bedrock submitted a proposal to run an incentive program to encourage massive TVL growth $25m on Arbitrum, Defi integrations, and DeFi activity. 100% of the LTIPP grant will be used to incentivize users to restake on Arbitrum, provide LP into various DeFi protocols, and engage in other DeFi activities.The initial proposal did not pass the initial process by one vote with the feedback focusing on only two issues:

• A large ask (510k ARB)
• Too few details on how the grant distribution will occur and how stickiness post incentive period will be achieved.

Bedrock has now made amendments to the initial proposal, including:

• A reduced ask of 262k ARB
• A much more detailed and comprehensive approach to distribution, including the breakdown for different protocols and categories, based on both TVL and timeline.
• A more detailed section explaining how stickiness can be achieved not only to encourage success of this campaign, but to ensure continued growth well beyond the initial 12 weeks.
