[AIP-58] Gitcoin Cause Grants Round (GR15)

Voting
The community has the ability to select the specific causes the Alchemix protocol should contribute to and how to distribute the $50,000 between the four causes. Hence the Snapshot vote will be multiple choice (via weighted voting) with five options:
- Contribute to the Climate Solutions cause round
- Contribute to the DEI cause round
- Contribute to the Crypto Advocacy cause round
- Contribute to the Decentralized Science cause round
- Don’t contribute to any cause round
One stipulation is that if one of the four causes does not receive at least 15% of the vote it won’t count towards the final distribution in order to avoid a low contribution to that cause.
