[AIP-47] Alpha Vaults

Voting is Approval. There is no specific priority given to strategies with more votes, therefore an ‘against’ vote should indiciate a specific desire not to integrate a strategy, rather than lessened popularity of the strategy.
Select all strategies you would like to potentially be integrated into Alchemix v2. All strategies with >50% of the vote will be approved for future integration as an Alpha Vault should they meet the requirements to be integrated.
A vote for a strategy accepts the proposal and authorizes the core team to launch internally reviewed, unaudited vault strategies following the specifications of the proposal.
An absent vote for a strategy indiciates the strategy will not be considered for incorporation into Alchemix at this time.
