#2 $SPELL Farming Reduction and Supply Burn Proposal

Abracadabra has become a force of nature, we are seeing usage explode, and MIM peg being extremely strong. For this reason I propose to burn and reduce 20% of the SPELL that has been allocated to farming rewards. This marketing budget is no longer required, the team and treasury does not need this allocation.
