Hardcap the bonding curve

Hardcap the bonding curve to a near future limit (50m proposed) beyond which no new tokens can be minted. Allows future trading to migrate to DEXs (stops excluding those who can’t KYC) to allow price discovery and benefit early supporters/contributors/buyers more than those onboarding later.
