Problem being addressed: Lack of wide exposure to Aavegotchi. Aavegotchi aimed for quality over quantity when it comes to partnerships and making a name for itself like bitcoin. Most people are still unaware that Aavegotchi exists despite having Aave in the name and various journalists reporting on it.

Solution: I’m proposing two valueless airdrops: one to be airdropped to OpenSea users through Matic and the second to be claimed on Aavegotchi.com

The second airdrop should carry no BRS and trait value because around 300k-900k and even 3M+ will be claimable. The second airdrop should be a new type of wearable like a boombox with cassettes in it or a video game cartridge instead of just another pants, shirt, hat wearable set otherwise we can always just have everyone claim 1 common ticket to enter the wearable raffles.

The first airdrop is a newly-created, detailed-description ERC1155 NFT saying you’ve been invited to join Aavegotchi and you have an NFT ready to be claimed which in the future might have a greater usecase, with a link that gives you information on how to claim the NFT airdrop. -There will be an initial airdrop wave to all OpenSea users and then a second airdrop wave to all NFT lovers(CryptoKitties, CryptoPunks, Axie Infinity, Rarible users, etc.) -These NFTs should be easy to generate months and years after the initial airdrop so nobody attempts to buy off the entire current supply of 300k wearables and turn it into the next Runescape party hat.

I looked into Mintgate.io and what they can do is take an existing token and add a hidden link, PNG image, any content to whoever owns that specific NFT or a number of those said NFTs. -If possible I would like to create a channel in the Aavegotchi discord that sends the newbies directly to said channel with a role associated to them automatically for owning said NFT. Uses for these extremely common and easy to acquire NFTs may be discussed and implemented at later dates.

Because OpenSea finally supports Matic and people can see their NFT airdrops from Matic even if they are on the Ethereum network then this is the perfect use for a cheap mass airdrop to OpenSea users and NFT lovers in general.

Pros: Wide exposure for Aavegotchi. Extremely cheap and easy to execute. Does not destroy the economy like Murall did. Promising further use cases for said wearables. Just in time for land parcels.

Cons: People bored that the drop is worth nothing. An extremely slim chance of devaluing the current wearables. People won’t like it that they missed Haunt 2 by a month because of how long it takes to bring a DAO proposal to fruition.

Option A: A new type of wearable which might take longer to implement. Option B: A new 3-piece wearable set with a bonus common ticket.
