Cost:

• $25k per quarter (Q4 24’ - Q3 25’) paid in Eth on Base, $100k total
• Eth will need to be bridged from mainnet (address: 0x53c3ca81ea03001a350166d2cc0fcd9d4c1b7b62) to Base
• The reference ETH price will be the price of ETH/USDT at 00:00 UTC (on the day of the transfer) on Binance

Salary Breakdown:

• Litepiglet (Greetoors Lead): $1000/Quarter
• Nofuturistic (Media Lead): $1000/Quarter
• MisterSeb (International Lead): $500/Quarter
• Tburd (NA Lead): $500/Quarter
• LostLocal (PC Liaison): N/A
• Total Salaries: $3000/Quarter

Tasks:

• Plan and execute presence with Pixelcraft for each event
• Source staff from the local region whenever and wherever feasible
• Secure lodging and travel accommodations for team members at each event
• Transport arcade machine to and from events where feasible
• Curate and source lRL wearables for gotchigang attending major events
• Coordinate DAO representation at events outside of PC’s scope that are beneficial to the DAO
• DAO-related content capture, post production of content, and ensuring timely delivery of said DAO content to social streams and proof-of-attendance via live streaming
• Handling administrative tasks on behalf of the DAO (bizdev, partnerships, onboarding, administrative duties, general networking)

DAO Merch Shop Design:

• Direct integration into the main merch site. There will be a section specifically for “DAO Merch”.
• Community voting round for designs. The voting will be token-gated similarly to Fakegotchis. If your wallet holds gotchis, one vote. The designer will also be required to hold an Aavegotchi or a certain amount of ghst to filter out low quality submissions. We are expecting to hold design competitions bi-monthly, but this is subject to change.
• A percentage of profits will be directed back to DAO, Pixelcraft, and possibly a community rewards pool, with the majority (~75%+), going to the designer.
• Expected launch date: Q1 2025
